Haaland Confirmed Fit To Play Liverpool At The Etihad

Erling Haaland’s ankle injury picked up against Faroe Islands whilst playing for Norway has been cleared as a slight injury and will be fit for the crucial game for City against Liverpool on the 25th of November.

City fans have been worried since their start striker picked up an ankle injury whilst on international duty, however after having to miss the game between Norway and Scotland to get his ankle checked and the results are with the correct rest and treatment he will be fit to start for the Citizens.

This comes as great news for City as they are currently missing one of their key players in Kevin De Bruyne from an injury picked up in the Champions League final against Inter Milan in May. With Ederson also having to come back from international duty early due to an injury picked up in the Chelsea 4-4 draw.

Liverpool are looking in form currently with Mohamed Salah scoring 2 in the last Premier League game against Brentford and recieving the POTM award for October.

Manchester City are in great form this season winning 3 of their last 5 games and having a strong game against Chelsea in a 4-4 draw at Stamford Bridge. The Citizens will come into the game as favourites however, without De Bruyne there are questions being asked of Pep Guardiola’s side as to whether or not they can stay as strong season long.

Will Manchester City be able to counter Jurgen Klopp’s side this season and take a 4 point lead at the top of the table?
